Set to a lively playlist, learn the basics of bellydance: hipwork, isolations, shimmies, and more. Release your inhibitions and become inspired by your body’s natural rhythms and those of the women around you. Wear clothes that allow ease of movement and make you feel confident and beautiful. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on and a hip scarf if you have one. Extras will be provided.
